A Day to Celebrate

My balloon dies are usually saved for kids' cards.  However, this one is going to a grownup . . .


 . . . and why ever not?  Balloons are for everybody!  Here, the bright colors are a great backdrop for the effervescent "bubbles" that every great celebration has, and there's just enough glitz on the balloons to put a smile on my friend Anna's face.  Win win!
