Celebrate

Three scavenged tags from my stash, some frou frou fibers I found the same way, and we have ourselves a very colorful card . . .

 . . . maybe a little over the top, but I loved the colors and decided to go for it.  It matches the colorful and happy personality of my friend Vangie which is always my objective, so I think she’ll like it . . .
