I raided the Scrap
Stash yet again for this one . . .
The background is an
interesting feature here: it's really a
solid image with the funky stripes recessed so that they don't pick up the
ink. First, I inked with VersaMark and
stamped on white cardstock. Then I clear
embossed the image and colored in just the stripes. After ironing off the clear embossing powder
between two sheets of copier paper, I was left with colorful funky lines I
couldn't have gotten otherwise. Easy
Peasy! This technique is also a chance
to see if the iron still works . . . how else would I know - who irons anymore?
